Today is NGO competition..
few years back when i was in high school..
i still remember the sweat, hot sun, leg and hand aching experience during training is really a disaster.. sun burn on ur face. etc etc
BUT the joy and laughter after winning is superb, the satisfaction is all worth it afterall :)

Juniors,
there's no gain when there's no pain.
You guys shouldn't cry over a spilt milk.
Be strong!!
Because RC never fail to make ourself down but make ourself proud.

IF you want ppl to agree with you guys, u got to believe urself. and MAKE SURE u give 100% commitment in it. Success never comes easily. Past victory doesn't guarantee anything unless u work hard.

I hope u guys really learn a lesson today. Be confident. and Cheer up for the next upcoming competition. GO! GO! GO!
